v0.4.5 focuses on Windows AI Assistant startup reliability. It fixes a case where Hermes incorrectly treated its command pipe as closed after the first session was created, causing the conversation to fail immediately.

AI Assistant​

  • Fixes the Hermes gateway exiting as soon as an AI conversation starts in some Windows environments.
  • Allows more time for the offline Agent runtime to initialize, avoiding false startup failures on slower devices.
  • Adds a real session and complete Agent-turn check before release, reducing the chance of discovering startup failures only after installation.
