v0.4.16 Conversation Export and Legacy Task Import
Release date: 2026-09-13
Conversation Export
- Export current or historical conversations from their menus. A dedicated workspace lets you select messages, choose formats, and preview files.
- Export Markdown, paginated images, a long image, or PDF. Select multiple formats to save together, with zoom, fit-to-width, and page controls. Preview and saving use the same generated files.
- Reading mode hides tool activity. Full-process mode includes recorded tool arguments, results, errors, questions, and confirmations for AI analysis. Credentials are redacted, and missing historical content is identified.
- Select individual messages, all messages, or a consecutive range. Refresh content, cancel generation, retry failures, confirm missing images, and open saved files.
Legacy Task Import
- Added Import Historical Data in Settings. It discovers local legacy workspace databases and imports tasks with their attachments, participants, dependencies, checklists, logs, and user states.
- Review a preflight plan before importing. Select records and fields individually, and explicitly resolve conflicting numbers, matching names, and user mappings.
- Import only adds or skips records; it does not modify existing records. Source databases remain read-only, a backup is created before execution, and changed plans require another review.
- Review import batches and roll back added records and attachments. Rollback stops if data has since changed or is referenced elsewhere, preserving existing files.
Automations and Notifications
- Automation configuration now uses Enabled and Paused, distinct from a run that is currently Running.
- Run Now opens its result conversation and synchronizes new messages. Manual runs no longer have a daily run-count limit; scheduled-run budgets remain separate. Duplicate starts and failures receive clear feedback.
- Task rows have a hover menu for running, enabling, pausing, and confirmed deletion. Fixed lingering highlights, New button placement, and detail-state synchronization. Unread indicators now explain their purpose.
- Successful ordinary AI chats no longer generate task-completed notifications. Automation success notifications follow their settings. Duplicate notifications are merged, with improved panel alignment and unread counts.
Floating AI Window and Conversation Navigation
- The floating window has clearer boundaries. Its toolbar can stay pinned or hide automatically, remembering your preference. The pin sits on the left and hides with the toolbar; Close remains at the far right.
- Hovering over the return-to-bottom control reveals previous-question and next-question controls for navigating long conversations. The group hides at the bottom and supports keyboard use.
- Returning to the bottom uses a brief decelerating scroll that can be interrupted and respects reduced-motion preferences.
- Repeated source references are merged, fixing display issues caused by duplicate records.
Upgrade Notes
- Legacy import covers tasks and their related data and attachments only. Accounts, permissions, memberships, and other business data are excluded.
- Full-process export includes only saved records. It cannot restore unrecorded or truncated historical content and does not include the model's private internal reasoning.
