v0.4.7 Windows AI Assistant Stability Fix

Release date: August 21, 2026

v0.4.7 restores the validated Hermes Agent runtime baseline for Windows installations where the AI Assistant could exit after startup and stop responding to messages.

AI Assistant

  • Keeps the current AI conversations, business tools, and permission controls.
  • Does not change task management, business data, interface design, or local user data.
  • Users on v0.4.4 through v0.4.6 can upgrade directly without uninstalling the existing application.

v0.4.4 Installer Validation and Offline Agent Startup

Release date: August 20, 2026

v0.4.4 does not add a new user-facing feature entry. It focuses on making Windows installation, updates, and offline Agent startup more reliable after upgrade.

Windows Installation and Updates

  • Improves Windows installer and update reliability with stronger package-completeness validation.
  • Fixes cases where missing dependency files in release packages could go unnoticed before release.

AI Assistant

  • Improves offline Agent runtime startup checks, reducing startup failures caused by missing runtime files.

v0.4.3 Mold Attachments, Task Board, and Agent Permissions

Release date: August 19, 2026

v0.4.3 improves attachments, detail pages, and the task date board across traditional business modules, while tightening Agent file-operation permissions for more predictable automation.

Business attachments and details

  • Mold development and mold modification attachments now use real file uploads with multi-select, drag and drop, per-file progress, failed-upload retry, image thumbnails, and downloads for non-image files. Files are stored by module and protected by matching module permissions and license checks.
  • Read-only detail pages for mold development and mold modification now use tabs. Attachment tabs support image grids and file downloads, while issue records, handling states, and collaborator roles are clearer.
  • The mold modification list adds a status quick-filter rail at the bottom, matching the year filter rail behavior.
  • Mold management, mold development, and mold modification screens now use complete Chinese and English text keys, so the English UI no longer mixes languages.

Interface and collaboration

  • The LAN chat contacts page now uses a two-column layout with the contact list on the left and contact details on the right. Email and phone fields support one-click copy, and unreleased add-friend and favorite actions are hidden.
  • Settings actions in traditional business list toolbars are now compact icon-only buttons across molds, projects, quotations, products, customers, suppliers, materials, regular tasks, and the admin workbench.
  • The online member indicator removes the outer pill border, tightens avatar spacing, and takes up less toolbar width.

Fixes and stability

  • The independent cloud team dialog now includes the missing Chinese title, description, team name, placeholder, data note, create action, and cross-host guidance instead of exposing internal text keys.
  • Fixes a selection rectangle offset in the file list.
  • The LAN assistant now uses solid backgrounds for remotely missing and locally missing files, removes stripes, and restores selected-state feedback for missing folders.
  • Local file deletion now uses the shared confirmation dialog, a red delete button, loading feedback, and duplicate-click prevention.
  • Accepting a regular task now updates the assignee to the current user together with the task status and accepted time.
  • Regular task creation supports selecting attachments and previewing images before the task exists. Files upload automatically after creation, and failed files stay available for retry. The due-date picker also follows the app language.
  • The task date board now groups by date automatically. Dragging within one column only adjusts personal order; dragging across columns pins the card to the chosen column without changing task dates or archive status. Overdue tasks keep their original completion date, move to Other, and show a red warning.
  • New forms for products, molds, styles, projects, customers, suppliers, materials, mold development, mold modification, and regular tasks now summarize missing fields, mark them in place, and focus the first invalid field before sending a create request.
  • Fixes Agent Manual mode so it actually blocks file-operation side effects until confirmed. Approval cards can show diffs or commands and allow only this run or denial.
  • Fixes a first-file-task false error that reported qiuge-permission-policy was not loaded after the new permission system was enabled.

v0.4.2 Dashboard, AI First Response, and Personal Workspace Fixes

Release date: August 15, 2026

v0.4.2 improves everyday startup, operational visibility, and workspace switching so new installations and new conversations become useful sooner.

Dashboard and startup

  • The dashboard is now a continuous operational overview with drill-down views for tasks, projects, products, molds, quotations, and customer trends.
  • Successful sign-in consistently opens AI Chat, preventing the dashboard and AI workspace from appearing together.
  • New users start with both navigation rails expanded and selection translation disabled. Existing preferences remain unchanged.

AI and tools

  • New AI conversations prewarm an Agent session to reduce first-message tool and Skill initialization delays.
  • The LAN assistant uses semantic striped backgrounds to distinguish locally and remotely missing files, including clearer selected states.
  • Fixes local folder persistence in site management so the selected folder survives reopening and restart.

Personal and team workspaces

  • Fixes occasional 403 responses and an empty Business Management group after entering personal offline mode on a new installation.
  • Team upgrade now separates workspaces claimable by this device from teams hosted elsewhere instead of exposing a raw HTTP 409 error.
  • A new independent cloud team can be created and claimed for the current computer without changing teams or data hosted on another computer.

v0.4.1 Workspace Host and Installation Identity Fixes

Release date: August 14, 2026

v0.4.1 strengthens the identity boundary between cloud accounts and local workspaces, preventing team host state from being mixed when the same account signs in through a development build, an installed build, or another computer.

Workspace sign-in

  • Fixes session binding and workspace access errors when a development build and an installed build use the same cloud account with different local databases.
  • A team remains bound to its original owner host. Signing in on a fresh installation enters that device's personal workspace and explains that the team is hosted elsewhere; team data and permissions are not copied.
  • A local workspace that already belongs to another team now rejects an incorrect team host binding with a clear error.

Installation and upgrades

  • Every new installation creates a unique local workspace identity on that device instead of retaining an identity generated while the installer was built.
  • Upgrades rotate only a completely empty, never-claimed legacy template identity. Existing accounts, members, and business records remain unchanged.

v0.4.0 Agent and Unified Management Workspaces

Release date: August 14, 2026

v0.4.0 is a full desktop architecture release. The AI assistant moves to a new Agent runtime, the main business modules share one dense collaborative workbench, and the Windows installer includes the complete offline environment required by the Agent.

AI assistant

  • Continuous conversations, tool calls, interruption, and recovery are more reliable. Requests for missing information continue inside the current task.
  • The Windows installer bundles the complete Agent runtime. Python, Node.js, Git, uv, and FFmpeg do not need to be installed separately.
  • Account tokens, workspaces, permissions, and memory context are isolated by session and temporary authorization data is removed when a session closes.
  • The AI workspace supports split, full-screen, draggable overlay, and minimized modes with denser tool progress, thread navigation, and composing UI.

Unified management workspaces

  • Products, styles, projects, molds, mold development, mold modification, regular tasks, quotations, customers, suppliers, plastics, and steels use the same management-table interactions.
  • Search, filtering, progressive loading, column settings, row and column ordering, cell editing, batch changes, team custom columns, formatting, and realtime collaboration are consistent across modules.
  • Creating, viewing, and editing moves into the right-side multi-tab workspace. Forms save only after content changes and all validation passes.
  • Same-field collaboration conflicts show both versions for an explicit choice, while different-field changes merge safely and reconnects backfill missed updates.
  • Admin roles, users, positions, and position types now use the upgraded workbench as well, including full search and filtering, progressive loading, table personalization, inline editing, custom columns, and realtime collaboration.
  • Sensitive changes such as permissions, account status, and administrator access are previewed and confirmed in the right-side workspace. Position records are now separated from user position history, with historical assignments safely backfilled during upgrade.
  • A new permissions center lets administrators configure view, create, edit, delete, configuration, approval, and execution actions by business module. Removed permissions now tighten menus, direct routes, APIs, and already-open workspaces together.
  • Cross-module candidate lists follow the target module's view permission, preventing restricted accounts from seeing protected users or business records through tasks, quotations, or related pages.

Business capabilities

  • Regular tasks add generated IDs, tags, time tracking, completion criteria, blockers, collaborators, followers, dependencies, checklists, and general attachments.
  • The regular-task toolbar is simplified to search, realtime status, task settings, view switching, and create. Status and owner filters move into a fixed bottom row so narrow windows no longer stretch the page.
  • Short regular-task lists no longer pull the bottom filter bar upward, hidden system and custom columns no longer leave narrow placeholders, and long-term column toggles are separated from temporary session hides.
  • Task tables now support cell and row selection, full-result filter options, and automatic loading in batches of 50. Personal column layouts, filters, and formatting are no longer overwritten by other members' realtime events.
  • Task search now supports 300 ms live search, Enter-to-run, clear-to-reset, personal search memory, pinyin/initial/multi-keyword matching, and related business names or IDs.
  • The blocker column header filter now covers blocker notes, unfinished dependencies, and unfinished checklist items, matching the blocker markers shown in the list.
  • The task board now uses six mutually exclusive date groups: Today, Tomorrow, This Week, This Month, Other, and Archived. Overdue tasks move into Today, and dates recalibrate after day changes or window refocus.
  • Board cards are denser and support within-column ordering plus cross-column scheduling. Dragging changes planned time only and does not overwrite the business due date.
  • The duplicate floating batch-edit layer was removed from the task page. Table batch editing and previews remain available, and board mode no longer carries stale selections from the table.
  • Tree/flat task selection now lives in the table button hover menu, preventing toolbar shifts when switching between table and board. Board dragging now lands locally first and confirms in the background to reduce bounce-back and flicker.
  • Projects, molds, mold development, mold modification, and quotations gain complete filtering, batch editing, optional columns, and relation-consistency protection. Quotation year and tag controls now stay fixed at the bottom of the page, and empty states plus create actions have complete Chinese and English copy.
  • Customers, suppliers, plastics, and steels gain IDs/year/tags, material images, supplier relations, reference protection, and unified editing workspaces.
  • The work overview now provides realtime summaries for tasks, projects, products, molds, customers, and quotations, with direct drill-down from charts.

Workspaces, entitlements, and fixes

  • A consistent database backup is created before migrations and the latest three are retained. Failed upgrades stop without replacing the original data.
  • Fixes cover repeated refreshes and stalls in Materials, missing management endpoints after the refactor, stuck list loading, navigation flicker, and narrow-window layout problems.
  • Cloud sign-in now renews silently for long-running sessions. When authentication truly expires, the app explains it clearly while preserving local business data and conversations.
  • Personal offline use now connects to the built-in local workspace automatically, even when a saved remote workspace is offline or the computer has no internet connection.
  • Workspaces now clearly distinguish personal and team modes: first-time personal offline use creates one local administrator automatically, needs no registration or license file, and does not expose member invitations or LAN sharing until upgraded to a team.
  • Team owners gain local super-admin authority from their cloud owner identity, and regular members can join with the owner's address plus a one-time invite code.
  • Owners get a 30-day offline validity period plus a 7-day grace period. After that, existing members can continue business work and revoke access, while new members, expanded permissions, and shared configuration wait for the owner to reconnect.
  • Settings now shows personal workspace, team verified, grace period, or owner-online-required status, including expiration time and the reason for any current limit.
  • Team joining now uses a one-time invite flow directly, without the old approval wait or reusable invite code. Personal-workspace custom fields, table layouts, and formatting remain editable locally.
  • Historical teams without a cloud owner can now be safely claimed from Settings by an existing local administrator, with an impact preview, avoiding the deadlock where no super administrator could obtain super-administrator access.
  • Team members inherit the owner's business module ceiling: PLUS unlocks every module except background task scheduling, while PRO unlocks all modules. The owner's desktop permissions center still controls what each member can view or edit.
  • Website admin account permissions are clarified as business module ceilings. The workbench page shows only owner, plan, verification, and sync information, while local role and member allow/deny permissions stay in the desktop app.
  • Fixed the desktop profile showing "Free" after website admin upgraded an account to PLUS or PRO. Account badges now read the latest cloud account tier.
  • Fixed PRO accounts being misread as FREE during team claiming. Owner claiming now reuses the current signed-in account and silently refreshes expired sessions instead of asking for email and password again.
  • The app now tolerates older entitlement responses during cloud rolling upgrades: even if an older /api/cloud/me response lacks team booleans, PLUS/PRO can still enter the claim preview from the trusted plan tier, and the team-claim API deploys in cloud-first order to avoid desktop 404s.
  • User names, phone numbers, addresses, and notes now save correctly. Account deletion defaults to deactivation so historical business records remain protected.

This release consolidates the planned v0.3.42 through v0.3.47 updates; those versions will not be published separately.

v0.3.40 Three-panel Workspace Shell

Release date: 2026-06-09

v0.3.40 focuses on the desktop workspace shell so future context, detail, and supporting tools can live beside the main work area instead of competing with it.

New features

  • The desktop workspace now uses a three-panel shell with a left navigation rail, center main workspace, and right auxiliary rail.
  • The new right auxiliary rail includes its own expand/collapse entry plus reserved header and body space for future context, detail, and helper tools.

Refinements

  • Left and right rail toggle buttons now stay fixed near the top edge of the window, so their position does not jump when panels expand or collapse.
  • Both the left navigation rail and right auxiliary rail support drag-to-resize and remember the latest desktop layout preference.
  • The desktop title bar now uses a more precise drag region so search, status, user actions, and window controls are less likely to be treated as draggable space.

Fixes

  • Window controls in the compact desktop title bar no longer interfere with nearby interaction zones, making minimize, maximize, and close more reliable.
  • The hidden-brand Electron utility title bar no longer lets the drag overlay block toolbar clicks in the top area.

Notes

  • These release notes continue to record only user-visible application changes, not internal development or build-process adjustments.

v0.3.41 Shell and AI Assistant Polish

Release date: 2026-06-09

v0.3.41 keeps polishing the desktop workspace shell, especially the title bar, left navigation rail, and the AI assistant chat layout where boundary spacing still felt loose.

Refinements

  • Blank space in the top title bar can now drag the desktop window while keeping window buttons, rail toggles, notifications, and avatar controls fully clickable.
  • Left navigation child-route groups now stay collapsed by default, so areas like AI Assistant no longer auto-expand and occupy sidebar space.
  • The left rail now supports narrower expanded and collapsed widths, and the right auxiliary rail can shrink the center workspace further during resize.
  • The default expanded left-rail width is tighter, and the top-right rail toggle now sits closer to the window edge to reduce unused title-bar space.
  • The left navigation panel uses a flatter, lighter surface, with tighter corners and inner padding to reduce sidebar bulk.
  • Bottom global navigation and account spacing in the sidebar are tighter, while the avatar/name block now aligns with the main navigation icon and label columns.
  • Navigation row height and spacing are further compressed, and the utility title bar height is lower.
  • Expanded left-nav groups can now toggle by clicking the main text area, with chevrons aligned more tightly to labels.
  • The avatar, display name, and account menu are now consolidated into the lower-left settings entry, leaving only message and notification status actions in the top title bar.
  • The AI assistant chat page now realigns the secondary sidebar boundary, resize handle, and bottom composer padding so they no longer overlap each other.
  • The AI assistant send button now uses an upward arrow with a tail for clearer action recognition.

Notes

  • These release notes continue to record only user-visible application changes, not internal development or build-process adjustments.

v0.3.39 Quotation Template AI Drafts, Search, and Layout Polish

Release date: 2026-06-07

v0.3.39 continues tightening quotation template setup, AI-assisted drafting, global search, and interaction details across business pages.

New features

  • Quotation templates now support Basic information fields, allowing one template to define both quotation header information and calculation fields.
  • The AI assistant can now generate, edit, preview, and confirm quotation template drafts directly in chat before saving them as formal templates.

Refinements

  • The quotation calculation page removes the redundant Other item from management fees and renames the related breakdown section to Other fees.
  • The quotation template edit modal now uses a cleaner top-field layout and improved horizontal scrolling in the field table, reducing uneven input heights and clipped right-side content.
  • Quotation templates now include Basic information fields alongside calculation fields, and the AI assistant can generate, edit, preview, and confirm quotation template drafts directly in chat.
  • Searchable quotation basic fields now filter and highlight matches as you type, while plastic-type and steel-type suggestions focus on material names only.
  • The quotation export info sidebar now uses a centered icon-only close button, the empty-image hint stays centered, hover and keyboard-focus states in the export tabs feel lighter, the image picker is presented as a centered thumbnail popover with continuous switching, and the top quotation action bar no longer shifts slightly while scrolling.
  • Deleting quotation attachments now uses an in-app confirmation modal instead of the browser's system confirm dialog.
  • The global floating AI assistant button has been removed from the bottom-right corner. Entry points in the AI Assistant page and sidebar remain available.
  • Global search now supports Chinese pinyin lookup. Customers, molds, products, quotations, tasks, materials, suppliers, projects, templates, favorites, File Assistant items, and chat search can use full pinyin or initials while preserving the existing Chinese, English, and numeric search behavior.
  • Keyword highlight styling is now unified across search results in business lists, chat, AI, File Assistant, favorites, settings search, image prompts, and translation history.
  • Mold management, mold development, mold revision, product management, style management, customer management, supplier management, plastic management, steel management, project management, and backend subpages now align with the quotation-management layout, spacing, search toolbar, list panels, empty states, and primary action visuals. The touched pages also replace Ant Design components and icons with the shared compatibility layer and semantic theme styles.
  • The quotation list header now adds filter and sort entry points for quotation number, title, customer, creator, total amount, and status to match other business-management tables.
  • Width-overflow issues are fixed in the quotation list toolbar, quotation basic information, quotation calculation page, and quotation template modal so status filters, field labels, amount units, template field tables, and the bottom total bar no longer collide.
  • The app title bar removes the forward and back buttons while keeping sidebar and in-page return paths, reducing top-level noise on management pages.
  • Window-control icons in the client title bar are visible again, and the DEBUG button now reflects the actual DevTools open state with an active background.
  • The default mold-type label in quotation templates and quotation details now shows the Chinese text 塑胶模具, while the internal enum value remains stable and is no longer exposed to business users.
  • File Assistant, LAN Assistant, and Sync Assistant now let the file list stretch closer to the bottom of the page. The LAN Assistant home view removes the transfer-log placeholder, moves transfer logs into Settings, and merges upload/download indicators in subscription quota into a single icon.

Notes

  • These release notes continue to record only user-visible application changes, not internal development or build-process adjustments.

v0.3.38 Quotation Export Preferences

Release date: 2026-06-06

v0.3.38 continues polishing quotation image export so repeated layout work can become a saved, reusable preference.

New features

  • Quotation image export now includes a preferences menu for saving layout side, background, text scale, title/label/watermark toggles, and selected fields.
  • Saved preferences can be renamed, applied, and deleted, making it easier to keep separate export styles for different customers or quotation scenarios.
  • The export toolbar now includes an image picker for switching between quotation attachment images or uploading a new image into the current quotation.

Refinements

  • Quotation image export supports text scaling, and the information panel spacing adapts to the selected size to reduce crowded layouts.
  • When many fields are shown, the export view now compresses card height, text size, and spacing automatically to avoid clipping at the bottom. The preferences, display-settings, and field-picker popovers also use more consistent button alignment.
  • Display settings, selected fields, and field order are remembered across quotations, while per-quotation image transforms stay tied to that quotation.
  • Quotation basic fields such as currency, mold type, plastic type, and steel type support searchable custom input, and mold cavity count can preserve values such as 1+1 or 2 出 4.

Fixes

  • Plastic and steel preset imports now recognize more duplicate-material-code responses from the backend, avoiding unclear errors when an existing code is skipped.

Notes

  • These release notes continue to record only user-visible application changes, not internal development or build-process adjustments.
